How do I book a group reservation?
For groups of 10 or fewer, use our online reservation system. For larger groups or specific requests, call us at 418-833-2221, email us at resto@delice.ca, or fill out the form on our website.
Can I reserve a specific table?
We do our best to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee specific table placements.
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for private rooms or large group requests.
Is there a time limit for reservations?
Yes, we allow 2 hours for groups of 4 or fewer and 3 hours for larger groups. If you’d like to stay longer, call us at 418-833-2221, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. For private rooms, they can be reserved for the entire evening upon request or until 4 PM for daytime bookings.
Can I reserve a table on the patio?
Unfortunately, we don’t accept patio reservations due to unpredictable weather conditions.
Is a prix fixe menu mandatory, or can I order à la carte?
Prix fixe menus are available exclusively for groups with a single bill. For all other groups, the à la carte menu will be served, offering a smoother and more personalized experience.
Do you have vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?
Yes, we offer a variety of options and can adjust certain dishes to meet your needs. Let your server know during your reservation or upon ordering.
Do you offer a kids’ menu?
Yes, we have a kids’ menu for children 12 and under, complete with games and coloring activities.
Can I bring my own cake or wine?
You can bring your own cake for a fee of $1.50 per guest. We also offer custom cakes upon request. Outside beverages are not permitted.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have ample free parking on-site.
Is the restaurant accessible to guests with mobility challenges?
Yes, except for the mezzanine and rooftop terrace, which are not served by an elevator. Please let us know during your reservation so we can accommodate you.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed, but service dogs are always welcome.
Are minors allowed?
Yes, minors are welcome in all areas except the Lounge. We also provide kids’ menus, high chairs, and booster seats for families.
Can I host a video presentation or play my own music?
You can host a video presentation in Salon 1, Salon 2, or the Grenier, using an HDMI connection. Personal music can be played in the Grenier only, via our sound system.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, and Mastercard. Cheques and American Express are not accepted.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, gift cards are available in-house and online. They can be used for dining, takeout, and delivery.
Is a deposit or minimum spend required?
For groups of 12 or more, we require a credit card number to secure the reservation. A fee of $10 per person may apply in cases of no-shows or unconfirmed absences.
Do you have live music or a DJ?
Yes, a DJ plays in the Lounge on Thursdays (5 pm to midnight), Fridays (6 pm to 9:30 pm), and Saturdays (6 pm to 2 am). Live bands perform on Fridays from 9:30 pm to 11:30 pm, except during the summer season.
Can I rent a private room for an event?

Do you offer catering services for off-site events?
We don’t offer catering but can prepare group orders for takeout or delivery. Call us at 418-833-2221 to schedule your order in advance.
Do you offer bar service without a meal?
Yes, bar-only service is available in the Lounge.
Can I order takeout or delivery?
Yes, our full menu is available for takeout and delivery. Enjoy a 10% discount on takeout orders.
